This next-generation shipping container home is engineered to be non-toxic and endlessly adaptable. Built to never leak, the structure uses reinforced steel, fully welded seams, and advanced waterproofing systems to eliminate moisture intrusion and protect long-term durability in any climate.
Every material is intentionally selected for human health, avoiding VOCs, formaldehydes, and off-gassing components. The result is a clean, low-toxicity living environment designed to support recovery, and well-being.
The modular design allows the home to evolve with its occupants to be expandable, reconfigurable, and customizable without rebuilding from scratch.
At its core is a cutting-edge air purification system with continuous fresh-air exchange and advanced filtration that removes mold spores, particulates, toxins, and VOCs maintaining consistently clean, high-quality indoor air.

My Story
Gerard Lange
Summer 2015, my life looked perfect! I signed an apartment in Williamsburg, launched a successful business, and my music career as the singer of Secret Weapons was taking off at warp speed. Thats when my body began to fail. I grew exhausted, sick, and confused. One day, I leaned against my wall and fell straight through it. The drywall was soaked with mold.
I moved out immediately…but it was already too late.
That October I signed with Sony/Epic Records. My dream had arrived, yet I was falling apart. I couldn’t remember my own lyrics. I couldn’t stop crying and I couldn’t get out of bed. Doctors told me my test results looked “normal” but I knew something was terribly wrong. With no treatment in place things kept getting worse. In 2016 my vocal chords became semi paralyzed along with the left side of my face. In an instant I lost my voice and my record deal. At that time even the smallest mold exposure left me fainting, deaf in one ear, or brought to my knees with pain. As a result, I spent a year homeless living in my car, unable to find a place indoors that wouldn’t trigger my symptoms. I had no diagnosis and no idea where to begin but I knew my environment was the cause! Eventually, I was diagnosed with chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) from mold exposure, along with Lyme disease. Since then, recovery has been a relentless journey that has provided me with a clear purpose: to ensure no human has to endure this alone with no place to go.
